Windows Update is a computer killer

#1

I built my daughter a gaming computer about 2 months ago. It has the following components in it.
Processor: Intel 8th Gen Core i5-8600K
SSD: ADATA SU800 256GB 3D-NAND
HDD: Toshiba 1 TB Desktop 7200 rpm
Motherboard: GIGABYTE Z370 HD3 (Intel LGA1151)
Video: EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
Memory : 2 x Ballistic Elite 8GB Single DDR4 2666 MT/s
Windows 10 Home, 64 Bit

Now, the first time we fired it up she got to play it a cool 2 days before windows did an update and blue screened it. Reboot and it says I have to repair my windows but puts me in a loop to either reboot or repair. I had to reload windows. It did it again 2 days later when it did the required update. So I replaced both her SSD and HDD and it then lasted for a couple months untill she updated it again last night. She blue screened and again got the repair windows. But we can’t repair windows. What to do?
