The best 8 core i7 and Ryzen can both turbo to 4GHz.

The best 4 core i7 can turbo to 4.5 GHz, but the best 4 core Ryzen can only turbo to 3.7GHz. Seriously ?

It can compete with the 7700k just because it’s cheaper, but it looks like wasted potential.
