On Friday, March 17 the big release on PC is undoubtedly NieR: Automata. The JRPG went live first last week for the PS4 where it garnered fairly high reviews going with an 88/100 score on Metacritic. Square Enix has the PC launch delayed a bit, but if you buy before Friday GMG is hosing an 18% price drop to $49.29 - or about $11 of the $60 list price. Only discount online from an authorized PC gaming retailer.
Speaking of GMG and Square Enix, there is a huge GMG sale on non-Japanese Square titles. The sale is accompanied by a coupon code for additional savings (a rare thing these days from GMG). The result is a horde of new low prices on titles like Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Life is Strange Complete, Just Cause 3, and the Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration.
In hardware deals the latest and greatest Intel Core i7-7700K CPU is getting cheaper. All the news about Ryzen has somehow allowd Jet to launch instant savings + a coupon discount on the i7 7th gen quad processor, dropping it from $350 to $299.99. This is a historic low for this years Intel i7 in-demand chip.
