I build a new PC (specs below). The problem is, that when I try to install Windows 10 from a USB drive, the PC freezes. (aprox. 3 seconds after the first installation screen shows up).
I know that the USB drive is OK, because I used it to install Windows 10 on my older PC, aprox. 2 weeks ago.

The BIOS works fine.
What have I tried to far:
- installing from different USB slots
Do you guys have any idea, what might be the problem?
Any tips, what could I do?
Any help is appreciated.
