Can’t watch the video on work internet since it’s so slow, but from what I hear the Covfefe Lake samples are all over the place. I’ve heard some people are hitting 5.2 GHz at 1.3V while others can barely hit 4.8 GHz at 1.4V.

Hopefully the retail chips are a little more consistent, otherwise I feel like some poor saps might not even be able to get it above the rated 4.7 GHz turbo.

Seems like they finally have a chip that might be worth upgrading from my i7-4790k

Although since all I do is game maybe not.
