Help: Fans at Full Speed for no reason

After my PC has been on for around 2-3 hours or so the fans on my case ramp up to full speed without reason when just browsing the web. Everything is cooled well, there’s no dust in the case and I’ve had the same computer for around a year now without any issues. I was worries it may be a thermal issue but my CPU temps are at around 32-33 and my GPU is at around 28.

I can’t seem to slow down the fans and the noise is getting quite annoying, seeing as there’s no reason at all for it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You.

Going into the UEFI and inspect the fan speed curves, see at what temperature they get pinned at that high rpm.

Try setting a new curve or manually specifying a static low-rpm that is acceptable.
